We have little control over market conditions but we can certainly control the way your listing is presented to the public. Home preparation and professional marketing play a significant role in optimizing your chances for a faster sale and higher sales price. Since the vast majority of buyers are searching for properties online, web-based marketing has become more important than ever. The following is an overview of my basic marketing services.

Professional Photography
Absolutely essential to market your property effectively. Buyers are much more likely to tour your property if they are intrigued by beautiful photos.

Online Marketing
Buyers have to be able to find your listing before they can become interested in it. My listings aren't just posted on the MLS but also on popular directories such as Craigslist, Zillow, etc.

Property Web Sites
A unique Web site and domain name (e.g. www.QueenAnneCondo.com) dedicated to your listing. The site's URL will be added to all marketing materials. You can post links to the site on your social media networks for added exposure.

Printed Materials (brochures, flyers, postcards, etc.)
High quality flyers or brochures, jumbo postcards, and silent talkers (small notes displayed throughout the home to point out features of the property that may not be obvious).

A great way to advertise your listing to thousands of buyer agents in the area. The majority of homes are sold by professional buyer agents so it's very important to market to buyer agents as well as directly to potential buyers.
