Home preparation and professional marketing play a significant role in optimizing your chances for a faster sale and higher sales price. Since the vast majority of buyers are searching for properties online, web-based marketing has become more important than ever. The following is an overview of my basic marketing services.

Professional Photography
Absolutely essential to market your property effectively. Buyers are much more likely to tour your property if they are intrigued by beautiful photos.

Online Marketing
The vast majority of buyers search for listings online so they have to be able to find your listing. My listings aren't just posted on the MLS but also on the most popular directories for real estate listings such as Craigslist, Zillow, etc.
Property Websites
A unique website and domain name (e.g. www.QueenAnneCondo.com) dedicated to your listing. The site's URL will be added to all marketing materials and visible on the street sign. You can post links to the site on your social media networks for added exposure.

High quality flyers, brochures, silent talkers (small notes displayed throughout the home to point out features of the property that may not be obvious).
