5. MLS Listing
After activating your listing on the NWMLS (Northwest Multiple Listing Service) it will be visible on all major property search engines within minutes.

7. Negotiation
I will negotiate your terms with the buyer agent and ensure that your objectives are met.

8. Inspection
After the buyer has completed the inspection we will likely enter a second round of negotiations to determine if adjustments to the contract are needed.

9. Transaction Management
During the closing period (the period of time between mutual acceptance and the closing date) I will manage your transaction and ensure that all parties are aware of upcoming deadlines and all contractual obligations that need to be met before closing.
