The Selling Process
Selling a property requires careful planning to achieve the highest return on your investment. We can't control the market but we can position ourselves in a way that will maximize our chances for a faster sale and a higher sales price. We do that by getting the property market-ready, marketing the listing with a powerful impact, and pricing it competitively.
Here's a quick overview of what you can expect when you work with me as a listing agent:
1. Initial ConsultationEvaluation of your property and your financial goals. 2. CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and Price OpinionThe CMA is crucial in determining a property's market value. We look at recently sold and pending listings as well as your active competition to determine the listing price. 3. Property Preparation ConsultationGiving you advice on what interior and exterior upgrades would help with the sale of your home and how the property should be presented to the public. 4. Marketing ServicesI market my listings with the highest level of professional design quality and vision. Accordingly, my marketing plans are always customized to highlight your property's unique appeal and features. Here are some samples of my marketing services: |
